The inaugural Blacksod Point Challenge certainly made a splash in Erris. The event sold out and 188 competitors successfully completed the challenge. Click here to see the full post event press release.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who helped make the event such a success. Including out title sponsors Erris Beo & Failte Ireland and subsidery sponsors detailed to the right.

Local support both in preparations and during the event was greatly appreciated by the Event Committee and we are very much looking forward 2009's event.
